Last year Prince filed a lawsuit against several web sites, with part of it being misuse of the symbol he decided was his name -- something which itself seems to be legally dubious. However, as Prince has "reclaimed" his birth name, does he even have a basis to continue to see the lawsuit forward? Shouldn't he just drop it and move on?
